Printer cannot be found yet it’s connected

Hi l used my printer last night - today cannot print    I requested my iPhone to print an email in usual way -  it stated select printer - which was in grey colour - when l pressed it - started looking for printer - then l got a message No AirPrint Printers found ? Will not print - it’s a Wireless HP Envy 5030 printer had no probs but turned off waited turned it on - same thing happened I am connected to WIFI can someone help many thanks Rego123

I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - A 'No AirPrint Printers Found' Message Displays (iOS) to isolate and resolve the issue.

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Try printing.
