Hey there!
hope you're having a great day. Sadly I've tried, looked at & attempted every possible avenue regarding this issue. It would appear that virgin media are at fault. Having visited one of our largest electrical retailers in the uk with the intent of buying a new printer they couldn't guarantee that I wouldn't encounter the same experience with a more up to date printer! It's a case of you pay your money & take your chances but once the box is opened that's the point of no return! It really infuriates me as I am a huge fan of HP & do honestly believe that virgin media have got a lot to answer for in their shortcomings. The envy 110 is a truly wonderful machine & it has served me well. Then again HP have withdrawn certain web related apps as it is now designated as being an 'old' printer as detailed on the HP website. So tomorrow I'll go buy the printer I've already investigated & has received rave reviews! Rest assured I still & will always remain a huge fan of HP!
