Printer don't response to specific email address

When I try to scan for email address(specific address) or print from the same address the printer does not work. 
It do work with any other address but I would like to fix it to save me some time.
( It is not the email address that is showed in my account)

Which email address you are referring to?

Which device are you using to scan?

Are you using any applications?

I use HP OfficeJet pro 8023 All-In-One Printer, direct from the printer board without any application. 
Can I send you the email address privately?
