Product: HP Office Jet PRO 7740

Hi Hp Team,

I am unable to view or print my printer email address. 

 

Each time I press the eprint icon, it displayed "acquiring email address" and then nothing is shown on the screen. 

 

I checked through Web Service Address, same issue. 

 

The eprint icon is showing "Not available, Connected"  

 

Printer details:

HP Office Jet PRO 7740 Wide format all in one
