HP DeskJet 2652 All-in-One Printer

The email address for my printer is not working. I send a document to the email address and I do receive an email message saying that it was received but nothing actually prints from the printer. The printer can print wirelessly and it can print through usb. The email address has not changed. I don't know what to check for to make sure that it will work.

Welcome to the HP Community --

Unfortunately, there is no ePrint History and there is no way to know what happens to a job once it is received by the ePrint service.

Worse, there is not a "test job" you can submit -- it's "Go" or "No-go"

That the job was received is a sign that the first part of the procedure did indeed work -- the ePrint service received the job for processing.

The final steps will succeed or fail based on whether the job meets the criteria, whether the service can actually pass the job along after processing, and whether the job can make it to the printer,

Why is it so difficult?

Opinion

  • ePrint is old technology.
  • The process line is fully automated (no people sitting and watching).
  • The limitations built into the service have never changed (with the exception of the removal of ePrint History a few years back)
