To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

 

  • Which password is not accepted by your printer?
  • If you're trying to connect the printer wirelessly, what is the make and model of your router?
  • What is the Operating System installed on your Computer?
  • When was the last time your printer worked fine?
