Status report says I have printed 94 pages since January, 2020. We used iPhones and MacBook Air to connect to printer wirelessly. There were some glitches, having to unplug printer and router, but could accomplish task. For over a month now, I continually get the message that the Printer is not connected or online. Have alternately tried to use bluetooth for Direct Wireless connection and my MacBook Air does not find the printer. The connectivity settings shows that the Admin. Password is not set. Experienced computer user and have had email since 1987 but I need help with resolving this issue.

Hi @pdunnz,
I'd like to help!
To provide an accurate solution, please help me with the below details-
1.) Are the printer and Mac connected to the same network?
2.) Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? If yes, make sure the dual-band has different SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G networks.
3.) What is the distance between the router and the printer?
4.) Is there any antivirus software installed on your Mac?
5.)Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network, public network, or without a router?
6.)What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
Let me know!
