HP Envy 5030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I set up my new HP Envy 5030 printer and connected it to my network. My computer shows that it is connected, so does my router configuration page.

 

The HP Smart app however shows that my printer is offline.

 

I am able to print, but immediately after the printing is done, I receive an error message saying that printing was not possible. I cannot scan anything however.

 

Any tips on how to solve this??

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App. Restart the Router, Printer and the Computer in this sequence.
