Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I recently upgraded to a different router. I was able to successfully add my HP Photo Envy 7155 printer to the new router, but whenever I try to print from my Samsung Galaxy A52 phone I receive an error code saying that my printer isn't available right now. I have tried resetting my printer, router, phone, etc and it hasn't made a difference. I removed my HP service plug in and re-installed it and that didn't make a difference either. I called HP support and they wouldn't help me. They said they were going to send me an email on what to do, but they never did. Any solutions?
