Operating System: iOS

My printer was working totally fine, printing 4x6” labels with barcodes no problem. Now it doesn’t even give me the option to select that paper. 

I checked in the HP app, and the printer recognizes that there is paper in both the normal paper tray, and the 4x6 tray. 

The printer now also won’t turn on the Bluetooth, it just gets “stuck”.  It won’t let me print directly from Google Chrome anymore, only through HP app, and even at that doesn’t let me print the 4x6”.

 

I noticed there was an update and it started going this after but there’s no option to uninstall. I’m using an iPad and a iPhone 12. Thanks

Which application are you using to print?

Did you try to print from a different application and check if that prints fine?

Are you getting any error messages?
