Hi @jjhern,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP printer is not printing despite being connected to the network, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue.
- Check the printer's connectivity: Make sure the printer is connected to the network and has a stable connection. You can check this by printing a network configuration page from the printer's control panel or by using the printer's embedded web server.
- Restart the printer: Try turning the printer off and on again to see if that resolves the issue. This can sometimes help clear any temporary glitches or errors.
- Check for firmware updates: Make sure the printer has the latest firmware updates installed. You can check for updates on the HP website or by using the printer's embedded web server.
- Check the printer queue: Make sure there are no pending print jobs in the printer queue that may be causing the issue. You can check the print queue on your computer by going to Devices and Printers in the Control Panel (on Windows) or System Preferences > Printers & Scanners (on macOS).
- Check the printer's settings: Make sure the printer is set as the default printer and that it is not set to offline mode. You can check this in the printer settings on your computer.
- Check the ink or toner levels: If the printer is not printing at all, it may be due to low ink or toner levels. Check the ink or toner levels on the printer's control panel or using the printer's embedded web server.
- Try printing from another device: If the printer is still not printing, try printing from another device (such as a different computer or a mobile device) to see if the issue is with the printer or with the original device you were trying to print from.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Thanks for response. Tried your recommendations. What finally worked was changing the Wi-Fi address to the printers Wi-Fi address. I just have to remember to switch back to my network when finished printing. Thanks again ..
