In the last week or so, my printer has stopped responding when asked to print. I've shut it off and on, disconnected it from the wall several times and checked all connections. WiFi is connected and working. What is the issue? Anyone else having this problem? The printer is an OfficeJet Pro 6970. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Are you able to copy?
Are you using the HP Print for Chrome App on your Chrome Computer to print? If yes, please uninstall and reinstall and try printing.
