The printer is connected to the wifi in our office but the printer is not findable on that Wifi. The only way to print is by going to the printers Direct WiFi network where the printer is available via "Google Cloud Print".

How can we get the printer to be accessible on the WiFi network it's connected to? On the printer it is showing it is connected and I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times.

Any tips or recommendations are greatly appreciated!

You may need to type in the name of your Wireless Network.

This might be the case if the IP address is not found or if the SSID (name of network) is not being broadcast from the router, for example.

Troubleshooting...

No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change

The following Troubleshooting document includes the link to the Print and Scan Doctor.

Printer Not Found During Driver Setup (Windows)

Hints:

Standard Wireless is not compatible with Wireless Direct (WiFi Direct).

Switch off WiFi Direct (toggle on the printer control panel) and then try connecting to the Wireless network.

Thanks @Dragon-Fur.

I have tried all of the options you suggested and I am still unable to connect my computer (or any other computer in our office) to the printer even though they are both on the same wireless network. I printed the Network Configuration page as well as Wireless Network Test Results and Web Access test Results all of which show "No problems found" and that the printer is connected to the internet on the same wireless network I am using.

The Network Configuration page also has an IP address for the printer which I have tried to use on my computer to connect directly with the printer but I am unable to find the printer with this method (or any method).

Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.

(I am using a Mac computer or I would try the Print and Scan Doctor resource)

You are welcome.

Other options?

Only the more obvious, likely already tried..

Reset the Printer.  (in one of the troubleshooting documents already provided)

Restart Everything, including the router.

Thanks again @Dragon-Fur. I have tried everything short of resetting the router as I did not want to disturb our work day but it seems like that is the only option at this point.

You are welcome.

Try a simple Restart of the router before you resort to resetting it.

Check for router firmware updates, as well.  Assuming your router is still supported, this can sometimes resolve weird connection issues.
