My printer is spitting out blank pages when I attempt to print from the app. It photocopies just fine & prints test pages just fine so although it’s not the ink, I did change that but it made no difference as I expected. (I also tried turning it off and on again haha).
It’s got to the point where I’ve had to photocopy my phone to print out things.
It doesn’t seem to be an issue with the connection as it still recognises that I am trying to print something but all it seems to produce are blank pages!
it is the all in one HP Envy 5032
i have had it for a while now and never had this issue- I have done nothing to the settings etc.. this just gradually started happening. It started that for every 3 pages I was printing, one would be blank but if I tried it enough times it would eventually work. Now though, it works 0% of the time.

Hi @MegECJones,
I'd like to help!
I understand the printer prints blank pages from an iOS device.
To assist better -
- How is the printer connected to your device USB or Wireless?
- What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
Try the below suggestions-
Print from your Apple device
Print documents, photos, and web pages from iPhone and iPad apps with a print feature.
-
Make sure the printer is turned on, cartridges are installed, and the paper you want to print on is loaded in the correct paper tray.
-
Open the item you want to print, and then tap the Share icon (
or
).
-
Tap Print or the Print icon
.
-
Select your printer, and then change print settings such as paper size, number of copies, or page range. Available settings depend on the app you are printing from, the print job type, and your printer.
-
Tap Print.
