Printer printing spam emails

At some point I let allegiant airlines send an email to my printer and it started sending promotional spam that keeps printing so I have to keep paying for printing more pages than are in my plan.   None of these pages have an email address for me to block them.   Help!

If your router supports the action, block the action at the source.

OR

Make sure the culprit is not in your list of allowed senders (eprint) or Invited Users (Print Anywhere).

OR

If nothing else works AND you are not using Print Anywhere,

• Change your printer's ePrint email address.
• Set / Update your Allowed Senders list
• Share the new address with only those you want to have access to your printer.
