My printer comeswith an email so I can print any time anywhere via wireless, However when I send a photo it prints it small. Any way I can resize it or change the size of things my printer will print?

Hi,

If you are using teh eprint feature and sending photos to your printers email address as an attachement, the default print size is 4x6 for photos and A4 for documents - this cannot be changed.

To print larger photos, you will need to print them from your PC or tablet/smartphone using the HP ePrint app.

I have tried to print something from the app but the photos still get printed just as small and still has half of the photos cut off.

Hi,

What device are you using (Android/Apple?).  Within bot the android and apple versions of the app, there are features that allow you to crop and "fit to page" which will optimize the printed output for the media size you want.

There will also be a paper size selection option for larger sizes onm both versions of the app.

I'll try to resize and it just prints the same way. If I for it to the page it just prints a bit smaller instead of the whole page. I'm on an android device.

Depending on the aspect ratio of your photo, it might not be possible to print all of your photo on standard media sizes but using the crop and re-size options should be able to get you close to what you want - you'll need to lay around with the various options to get close to what you want.

I have figured it out digging into the app I seen it was stuck on 4x6 though is there a way where I can keep the app to stay on letter paper and plain? It keeps reverting back to photo paper and back to 4x6.

If you select letter size photo paper and put plain paper in the main tray, this might get around that.
