Product: HP OfficeJet 5258 All-in-One Printer

I use my Android mobile phone to print any documents. Normally I just click on print, it brings up my printer and I print it. When I tried to print a document today, I clicked on print, it brought up.my.printer, however, it wouldn't print and a message came up about allowing notifications as some printer functions may not work properly. I checked my HP Smart app and notifications were turned on. I tried it again and the same thing happened.

 

I also noticed when it wouldn't print that my other printer options that always showed up were faded out so they couldn't be chosen, and the only option was "pdf." I don't know how to fix this and I have a business that I need to use my printer so need help please!! Thank you if anyone can help me with figuring out how to fix it.

Please follow below steps to ensure that the HP Print Service Plugin is used, and not any other printing service might be selected and result a such:
