@Joshua20041, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your print quality issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand how frustrating it can be when your prints aren’t coming out right. Let’s work through this together and get your HP ENVY 6052 printing properly again!
Check Ink Levels:
On your printer’s control panel or HP Smart app, check if your ink levels are low. If they are, replacing the cartridges might help.
Run a Printhead Cleaning:
Sometimes, clogged printheads can cause faded or missing prints. You can clean them through the printer’s maintenance settings:
Open HP Smart > Printer Settings > Print Quality Tools > Clean Printhead.
If needed, run the cleaning a second time for better results.
Try a Different Paper Type:
Make sure you're using the correct type of paper for your print job. Glossy or specialty paper might need different settings.
Align the Printhead:
If prints are uneven or faded, aligning the printhead can help. Go to Printer Settings > Print Quality Tools > Align Printhead.
Check for Driver or Firmware Updates:
Outdated firmware can sometimes cause printing issues.
Visit HP’s support page to download and install any updates for your printer model.
Perform a Hard Reset:
Turn off the printer, unplug it for about a minute, and then plug it back in. Restart and try printing again.
If you've tried these steps and the issue persists, let me know! We’ll dig deeper to find a fix. 😊
Looking forward to hearing how it goes!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
