I am only having this problem  with a certain file/documents I'm trying to print from my drive or as pdf. I think a message might have popped up saying HP couldn't open and print file? It was sent encrypted but I downloaded it and it's a regular pdf now. So I'm not understanding  why printer keeps saying busy for this particular file. Any help appreciated!

To provide an accurate solution -

 

  1.  What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 
  2. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
