HP Recommended

So I’ve had this printer for about 5 months now and It has been working completely fine. (By the way, I do not have wifi at home so instead I have been using this printer without wifi connection - I connected the printer to my phone and just printed from the app). Lately, everytime i try to print something, my phone would say “tray empty or open”. I loaded the paper completely fine and the tray is in the same position it has always been in ever since I started using this printer. I would really appreciate some help! I have already re-set the printer multiple times and carefully checked if the paper is loaded properly or not or if the tray is open. Please don’t advise me on doing the things I have already done! Thank you!
