HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

I have a HP Envy5530 printer, it has worked fine for years printing wireless, last week I switched internet providers, now it will not print wireless, or from my phone, my phone will not even find the printer.  I can get it to print wired using a USB. On my laptop, it shows it to be "offline".  i have done every suggestions that I can find, nothing will work. The printer has the correct WiFi network and password, the blue WiFi light on the printer is on. Everything seems to be in order, I've shut everything off and on.  Does this have anything to do with switching providers, and new network name?  I even tried to reinstall the Printer, very frustrated, please help.
