Hi, My printer will no longer print in A5?? If i try from my pc it just comes out blank and if i try on my phone it comes out mostly blan with just part of the image right at the top of the paper. It has previously printed A5 no problem at I always alter the printer and pc to A5 before trying.....
Any ideas?
Thanks so much

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!
Have you tried making a Copy from the printer? Is the Copy quality fine?
Which PC do you have? is that a Windows PC or a MAC?
Please specify the version. Windows(7/8/8.1/10) or MAC OS X(with version).
You can print a 'Print Quality Diagnostic' report to evaluate the quality.
Here is how you can print a 'Print Quality Diagnostic' report.
- Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.
- On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup
.
- Touch Tools.
- Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report. A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
Examine the color blocks for defects.
Examine the color blocks on the Print Quality Diagnostic report to make sure the color blocks do not show white lines and are not faded or missing.
Please evaluate the quality report and let me know the results.
Cheers!
