I have tried everything! Please help. When I go to set up on Hp smart the printer isn't found. It's not connecting to my new wifi router. When it tries to connect to a temporary wifi it finds the printer but then it doesn't find my wifi setting. Idk how else to explain it. Can I do a hard reset? I am doing everything from my android mobile. I don't have a computer I can connect to.
The printer worked perfectly until I got a new router.

I have tried this several times. The printer doesn't show up shen the hp smart app is looking for it. It's as if nothing is there. It says it needs to be connected to the same wifi but that's the problem! There's no option to connect! I'm about to throw a perfectly good printer out the window. It's driving me insane!
