Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

Does anyone know how to print business cards when the paper format (Avery 28371) is not included in Apache OpenOffice? 

 

The business cards are 2" x 3 1/2", 10 cards per sheet.  The Avery pre-formatted file for 28371 is not in OpenOffice.  I just deleted/reinstalled OpenOffice to ensure the latest formats are available.    

 

Do you know if there's a comparable format?

Addendum, may be solved. 
I found Avery lists compatible templates for their forms, on the form page.  So for Avery 28371, these are the compatible templates:
