HP Recommended

My HP Envy 6000 Series is only printing blanks. I've done the following troubleshooting:

New ink cartridges

Ran printer cleaning process through the advanced settings via the app

Turned off/on

Unplugged/plugged back in after 60 seconds

Manually cleaned both the cartridge and cariage

 

The virtual assistant couldn't help and due to the warranty being expired I am not able to get customer service help. And I am not able to find a phone number to talk to a human being.
