I’ve been printing from my iPhone to my HP envy 5660. It was only printing a few pages at a time and I’d have to resend it. Then only able to print one page at a time of each doc. Now I can’t send anything because it says the printer is busy. I’ve cleared everything. It is not busy. I’ve turned off the printer and rebooted it. It helped once but now I get nothing! Please help! I get no answers from HP chat bot.

Hi @Iphoneprinter,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing a printing issue with your HP ENVY 5660 from your iPhone. Let's try a few steps to troubleshoot this:
- Restart Printer and iPhone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off both your printer and your iPhone. Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
- Check Printer Connectivity: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the same WiFi network as your iPhone. Sometimes, network issues can cause the printer to appear busy.
- Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your HP ENVY 5660. Updating the printer's firmware can often resolve bugs and improve functionality. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Check Print Queue: On your iPhone, check if there are any pending print jobs stuck in the queue. You can do this by going to Settings > Printers & Scanners, selecting your printer, and checking the print queue.
- Forget and Reconnect Printer: On your iPhone, forget the printer from the list of available devices in Settings > Printers & Scanners. Then, reconnect to the printer by selecting it again and entering the WiFi password if prompted.
- Reset Network Settings (Optional): If the above steps don't work, you can try resetting network settings on your iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note that this will reset all network settings, including WiFi passwords.
- Check Printer Status: Ensure that there are no error messages or warnings on the printer's display panel that might indicate a problem with ink, paper, or any other issue.
