@Curiel63, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP 4200e Printing Blank Pages!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Since your HP 4200e successfully printed the Printer Information Page, it indicates that the hardware is functioning, and we may need to troubleshoot the ink, driver, or settings.
Check Ink Levels and Cartridges
- Open the HP Smart App or printer control panel to check the ink levels.
- If ink levels are low, try replacing the cartridges with genuine HP ink.
- Remove the ink cartridges and inspect the nozzles for any clogs or dried ink.
- Reinstall the cartridges securely and try printing again.
Run Printhead Cleaning
- Open the HP Smart App or Printer Software.
- Go to Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing a test page.
Check Printer Settings
- Ensure the correct paper size and type are selected in your print settings.
- Make sure Grayscale Printing or Draft Mode is not enabled in the print preferences.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Go to HP Support: HP Support website.
- Enter HP 4200e and download the latest full feature driver.
- Uninstall the existing driver via Control Panel > Devices & Printers.
- Reinstall the driver and restart your computer.
If the issue persists, please let me know:
- If the printer prints correctly when making a direct copy
- If you receive any error messages
- If using different paper or another application (e.g., Word, PDF) makes a difference
Looking forward to your update!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
