Just posting this in case anyone else experiences a Blue Screen Crash when attempting to print over WiFi using the HP Smart App on Android phone (Android 11) - B8644646 Error Code
I found that printing from an iPhone or MACOS device works fine. Re-install of the app on Android didn't fix this.
I suspected it was network related based on this KB article

I did a couple of things - not sure which fixed it but it was probably one of them
1. Disable the WiFi Direct printing capability on the printer. Can't really see what benefit that offers anyway.
2. Enabled the use of 5Ghz Wifi in the within the 'App Settings' for the HP Smart app.
So far so good.
Blue Screen Crash - B8644646 Error Code

I understand you are receiving a "B8644646 " error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
