Product: iphone and ipad
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan
Just hooked up new HP OfficeJet 7612 printer to replace OfficeJet 6600. My iPhone and iPad easily prints photos from on 7612 via my wireless network but will not print anything else (emails, web pages, etc). This was never a problem with the 6600. When I hit print, nothing happens. The web site says Air Print will automatically work which it did on the 6600 but not the new 7612. What am I missing?

Found the problem. I had to go to printer settings and allow shared printing. Problem solved.
