So to begin, at one point everything worked fine this computer use to be my moms but she let someone borrow it I was able to connect everything fine and print normal whether it be from computer or emailing something to print. One day I do not know what happened or what was clicked but I got a error stating " No Photo Paper" but I was printing out a regular document not photo. I rebooted several times today and no longer get that message but still not able to print form the computer. I went through HP Print and Scan Doctor and nothing, it would not print. Again, the printer works when I send an email to print from my phone or when I wanted to print out the email just to see if anything comes out it worked. There has to be something wrong in the settings on my computer to where it is not connected right. I am not at all computer savvy this is actually my first time having "my own" computer. I NEED HELP!! Please and Thank you!

@sarahmelon Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to print.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please let us know which operating system you are using.
Please perform the clean reinstallation of Pre-installed HP drivers.
1. In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2. Select your HP Printer
3. Select Uninstall
4. In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5. In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6. Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8. Click on the “Drivers” tab
9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10. Select Ok
11. Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12. Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.
