HP Smart - Windows - supports this easily.
Example - HP Smart - Windows - Print - Multiple Photos on one sheet of paper
HP_Smart_Win_Multiple_Photos_per_Sheet_All_3
Print Pictures (also Windows) using Cntrl-P on a group of selected photos can do this.
The setup is fairly straight forward though it can appear confusing if you've not used it.
Example - Print Pictures - Cntrl-P - Group Photo on more or more sheets of paper
Print_Pictures_Multiple-Photos-on-One-Sheet-of-Paper_3
MacOS might support this but I can't test - no MacOS in our small home office.
iOS / iPadOS does not support this using HP Smart in its native setup,.
You could create a document using whatever document software you have
Insert your photos on the first page of the document > Save
Export that document to PDF >
Print the PDF file to fit on one Page using HP Smart
