Hi there. I set up my printer Envy 6430e to "Print from Anywhere" At first, I also set it to Private Pickup only. Now I find that very annoying as my PC is just next to the printer and I still need to get my mobile to activate my printing. I went to the set up to "switch off" the Private Pick Up. The icon is showing the Off sign. However, when I start to print from my PC, I still need to whip up my phone. What do I do?

Hi Rachel571,
This steps were the first that I tried, but I tried it again as suggested by you.
I could switch it off and the second screen at the bottom still shows that the Private Pick up is on.
I have a screenshot of it.

Steps to Disable Private Pickup on HP Envy 6430e:
1. Check Printer Settings via HP Smart App (on Mobile or Desktop)
You may have disabled the Private Pickup setting in the wrong place, or it may not have fully applied. Try accessing it from the HP Smart app again:
- Open the HP Smart App on your mobile device or PC (ensure it's installed and logged in).
- Select your HP Envy 6430e printer from the list of devices.
- Navigate to Print Setup or Printer Settings.
- Find the Private Pickup or Print from Anywhere settings.
