Tried all. E print says server connection error. Cannot get web services i.e. Crossword puzzles.
Still prints from other devices wirelessly.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. Here is the information that you need for your service provider to open ports on your router/modem.

-Multicasting needs to be turned on

- Bonjour enabled ******** for Airprint

-Mac filtering needs to be turned off

-also make sure your router has current firmware update if needed Ports to open are :

 

Eprint and Apps

UDP (incoming)Ports 80 443

TCP (outgoing)Ports 5222 5223

 

Once these are opened you should have no trouble connecting to the eprint web services on your device.

I get to the point where I have to enable the web services and once again I get the server connection error message.

Just an FYI-

 

HP is ending the "Printables" service.  This may be the problem if the crossword puzzles you are desiring are part of the service.  Please see this link below for info:

I do not have the option to enter an email address. Does anyone know how to add that option?

Hi - I have a HP6700 premium and I have yellow warning triangles on Drive, scan to email and calendar. I only use scan to email and it was not working. I tried all the reset via powering down etc and I can now scan, but I still have the yellow warning triangle - what does it mean and what do I need to do to fix it? any help appreciated thanks

3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
