Hi,

I'm having issues with printing to an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e, in so far as using the HP Smart App doesn't see the printer, even though when it was installed I was able to do so and was able to print to the device, without being connected to the WiFi. Also, I reset the device (i.e. reset to factory settings), to re-assign it to a new HP Smart login, and haven't been able to set up an email address to send documents to print to it, even though I was able to do so before the reset.

I'm using a Mac desktop and iOS devices (iPhone and iPad), with the MacOS and iOS HP Smart app. I am able to setup the device using the WiFi on the desktop Mac and the iOS devices, but it drops out of access on all of these when not connected to the same network. I will also mention that I have auto-install updates on the printer, and I'm pretty sure that it has updated recently, maybe multiple times, since I last was able to print remotely, without being on the same network.

Your help in resolving this is immensely appreciated.

Thanks,

Patti

P.s. I keep on trying to add this new printer to my assets on my account, this account I'm logged into, and I keep on getting an error: "The service is temporarily unavailable." when I enter my serial number on the HP website: https://support.hp.com/us-en/add-device
