Goodmorning to all,
I have a problem with a HP Officejet pro 8600.
It will not connect to the webservices.
Thinks i have done
- Check Firmware (is on latest version)
- Changes dns to google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 ( did nothing )
- Changes between wirelles and cabled network ( Did nothing )
- Used all the reset options on the printer ( Did nothing)
So i am running out of options.
I read something about that your printer email can be locked?
Anybody an idea how i can solve that?

@Markiequarkie1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand web services have stopped working on the printer. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
If the issue persists, we will have to reset the printer to its factory settings.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
