Resetting the printer network settings then re-connecting the printer and adding AirPrint driver may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

1.) Unplug your modem/router and leave it powered off.

2.) Restart your printer, from the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ). Touch Restore Network Settings.

3.) Power off your printer

4.) Reconnect your modem/router and wait for it to re-establish its internet connection.

5.) Power on your printer.

6.) On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ).

7.) Touch ( Settings ).

8.) Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. Follow the display instructions to connect the printer to your home WiFi.

9.) On your Mac PC, click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

10.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, Click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.

11.) Click the plus sign , click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.

12.) Confirm AirPrint displayed in the Use or Print Using menu, and then click Add.

13.) Open a document or photo, click File, and then click Print.

Let me know how it goes!

@Scotsdene

Welcome to the HP Forums,

We'll be with you until it's all sorted.

Although, I need to know, are you using the Windows or Mac OS?

Have you checked if the copier works fine as a stand-alone device?

If it doesn't work either, this could be a hardware malfunction,

However, if the copier works fine but the printer doesn't try the below steps:

Step 1: Reinstall the print driver (Windows only)

If you cannot print color from a Windows computer, uninstall and reinstall the printer software. Skip this step if your printer is able to print in color.

  1. Remove the printer from the devices list.

For steps on removing the printer from the devices list, go to Uninstalling the Printer Software (Windows).

  2. Go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then install the latest software for your printer.

Try to print. If these steps resolved the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)

Let me know how that pans out

I will have a colleague follow-up on this to ensure it's taken care off, in case you don't respond in the next 24-48hrs,

As I need to know if the issue has been resolved, to get proper sleep at night.
