HP Photosmart C4580 printer cannot see new BT hub 6.  It worked fine on Hub5.  All other devices have been connected to new hub6. 

Please can someone explain in simple language how to link printer up wirelessly. Printer works ok if linked to laptop via usb cable.

i have tried all sorts of different advices but do not understand other folks terminology. 

A wireless network test report shows old Network Name (SSID) as old BTHUB5.

I have just deleted printer from Printer & Devices and hopefully run uninstall to HP printer software. Now I don’t know what to do.

I would recommend you to follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change
