Hi @kenbav,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. Here are the steps to use your printer claim code.
1. Log in to HP Connected (https://www.hpconnected.com/us/en). If you haven't created an account yet, do so.
2. Click Devices.
3. Click Add a Device.
4. Type your code in the Claim Code field.
This will register your printer on HP Connected and you will be able to use ePrint.
