Hi. I sent it on the same day. absolute palava.
I resent it again and followed up as well on PM.
You offer this to customers and you make it difficult for them to get it when you advertise it. So unprofessional!

Hello
I cant see the credit but it does say 'enjoy free months' so as long as thats 4 free months, I will keep an eye on it over the next few months thanks.
Its all very confusing and really not simple. You should make it easy for customers and not difficult. Ive wasted so much time just to sort this out. Unacceptable. Thanks for sorting anyway. Lets hope the credit has been applied properly.
