SORRY FOR ALL UPPER CASE OF LETTERS MUCH EASIER ON MY RIGHT EYE THROUGH CEREBRAL PALSY.

I TRIED TO FIND THE PAGE ,AS INDICATED AS MY HUSBAND AND I ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH OUR  PRINTERS. HIS IS ETHERNET AND MINE IS WIRELESS.

 

I'M GETTING BLANK PAGES, BUT PLENTY OF INK, AS NEW INK WAS PUT IN. HOW DO WE RESOLVE WHEN WE GET 404 NOT FOUND ON YOUR LINK

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that your printer is printing blank pages even though it has enough ink. 

Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

May I know the operating system on your computer? (Windows or MAC)

Have you tried different applications?

Are you able to make a copy on the printer?

 

Copy function of a printer is independent of the software on the computer.

If you are unable to make a copy, please do hard reset (disconnect the power cable of the printer, wait for a minute and connect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and turn the printer ON.)

If the printer still does not make a copy after a hard reset. Remove the cartridges from the printer clean the contacts and insert it back in the printer. 

If possible, connect the printer to your computer using a USB and update the firmware on the printer and check. Click here for other troubleshooting steps.
