Re print old document

Are you able to find an older document printed on the HP officejet pro 9120 to re-print ?

Welcome to the HP Community --

This printer series can save "Jobs" history on the printer.

In some cases, where the job content is still in memory, jobs can be reprinted.

Jobs History

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Jobs > Job Queue > Menu … > Cancel All Jobs or Export History

Check the Printer Control Panel for jobs that might be available for Reprint from printer memory

On Printer Control Panel

Touch screen to activate the panel

Slide Menu to find and select Print

Select "Print from Job Storage"

If any jobs are available to be printed, it / they will be displayed

What else?

There is a "Reprint" feature in Windows -- the option should (must) be configured (set up) ahead of time.

For next time...

If you are running Windows 11

AND

If / When you have the "Keep printed documents" feature enabled,

Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners

Open Print Queue

Right-Click on the job to be reprinted (Print Job Restart)

Example - Printer Properties > Advanced -

(Enable) Keep printed documents > OK / Apply
