I'm trying to get Print Anywhere setup for a user but we cannot seem to get the printer to show up in the HP smart app on the home page of the HP Smart app on the remote device. The local device that we set the printer up on sees the printer in the HP Smart app but when we login to the HP Smart app on the remote device the printer doesn't show up. 

 

I have print anywhere enabled on the printer and it works wirelessly from the local device that the printer was configured on. Both are windows 10 devices. I can also see the printer from both devices under the account management page.
