Our organisation is unable to send any eprint job to any of our printers via hpeprint.com.

HPeprint.com services are rejecting all email print jobs from our domain.

We are using Office 365 email.

@Ralin66

Thank you for joining the HP Community

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer?

And which operating system are you using on your computer?

Meanwhile, refer to this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03721293

Keep me posted, how it goes!

Have a great day!

Cheers:)

We are having the same problem and have proved that print attachments emailed from another, non-O365 domain, arrive and are printed aok.

O365 support think that the HP server sees the incoming email (when it's from an O365 account) as violating a security or policy setting. Microsoft have confirmed that our SPF, domain and IP address are compliant.

Looks like HP and MS need to put their heads together maybe?
