Reset EWS User Name and Password

I lost my user name and password for my printer's embedded web service. How do I reacquire the user name and password?

I have gone through your Post and I would like to help

Let's try resetting the Network Settings and check if that Resets the EWS Password

Press and hold the Wireless Button and Cancel Button for 10 seconds and that should reset your printer's network settings

It didn't reset the EWS.

Since resetting the network settings did not well, you will need to contact HP Support for further assistance
