@Papademuchos,

Please follow the steps mentioned below to perform an NVRAM reset on your printer. Please note: This reset will put your printer to its factory state.

NVRAM Reset

For Printer that has Touch control panel Bundled

  1. Turn On the Product, as soon as the HP logo appears
  2. Press and hold the lower right quadrant of the touchscreen, keep the quadrant depressed.
  3. When the ‘Permanent Storage Init.’ Message appears on the display, release the button.

When the printer has finished the NVRAM initialization, it returns to the Ready state

For Printer that has LCD panel Bundled

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Press and hold the Right -arrow + Cancel (X) button, keep the button depressed as you turn the product on
  3. When the ‘Permanent Storage Init.’ Message appears on the display, release the button.

Hope this answers your question.

Good luck and keep me posted about the developments. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue and give the post a Kudos for my efforts to help. Thank you and have a great week ahead. 🙂
