Resize photo before printing in HP Smart ios app

I used to see a Transform button in the HP Smart app on iOS so I can resize my image before printing it. Now I don't see it anywhere. All the help topics don't match what I see in my iOS app. I've also tried this directly from the image. I select print with HP Smart. Still can't find Transform or resize. Is there a secret place I need to tap to see the menus??? Shouldn't it be more obvious?

1. I open the HPSmart app on my ipad.
2. I select print photo.
3. I select a photo from my ipad. 
4. I open it and see these options (I don't see transform or anyway to resize the image so it doesn't print full screen).

Open HP Smart

Find / open the photo to print

OR

Scan > Import a saved photo

When the photo is opened >

Select / verify paper  (as shown in your image)

Before leaving ---

At the bottom, select Layout

In the upper left corner -- the little circle "I" button shows Information:

"Tap once to resize, double-tap to crop"

Tap once on the Picture

Use your fingers on the screen to move the focus or change the size

Tap Next (upper right corner)

and 

continue...
