HP Scan and Capture Application
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print with the application the printout is reversed [I print in Hebrew and instead leave from left to right] so that all the letters are reversed.
If I choose only a specific page the printing works out but if I print the whole document everything goes out backwards.
there is a solution?!
Thanks

Hi @gibor1010

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I understand that you are having problems printing a complete document in Reverse.

I could help.

Let's try using the Printer's Full Feature Software. Are you trying to print from your computer?

I will need the Product Number or complete Model of your Printer.

You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.

Meantime you can try reinstalling the HP SMART App and check

Keep me posted.

Thank you.

Hello,
thank you for your response,
In the original printer software, I can print normally. But I have a problem that I can not connect through the network so I use HP SMART APP.
My printer is: LaserJet Pro MFP M127FN
Thank you!!

Hi @gibor1010

I suggest you try connecting via the WiFi-Direct and try using the original software to print.

ON the printer's control panel, press the OK button to open the menus. 2. Open the following menus: ● Network Setup ● Wireless Menu ● Wireless Direct 3. Select the On option, and then press the OK button. The product saves the setting and then returns the control panel to the Wireless Direct Settings menu.

From your computer / Device check the available Networks and you will see the Printer listed in the list of available Network. Connect to it.

If you are prompted for a password enter 12345678.

Try printing from the original software and let me know if that works.

Thank you.

I've already tried the usual way and one day it was working and the next day no longer works, has made a lot of problems since I moved to HP SMART it works great except the problem it prints upside down [unless I'm typing print current page and then suddenly caption]
Thanks

Hi @gibor1010

Please check if the option Mirror Image is enabled or not.

a. Click on start button and select Devices and Printers.
b. Right-click on printer.
c. Now check for Mirror image option, under Printing preferences or Printer properties, and check the box ( Enable it).

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks.
