Printer will not scan to email. It says the username and password are not correct!

So the username and password are likely incorrect or denied to an unsupported security setting for your email.

May you changed your email password lately?

Additionally, what email provider is being used?

Please clarify this information,

Shlomi

I have gmail. I have updated my gmail password since I’ve last used the scanner. But it doesn’t ask anywhere for your new email password. I tried re-adding the email and it doesn’t ask.
Also, I did what some other forums suggested with making my security more lenient in my gmail settings and that didn’t help.
Any suggestions? THANK YOU!!
