Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I cannot connect wireless. and I cannot do that because I cannot uncloak printer`s control panel. I try username and password from Router, HP, Laptop Apple and nothing work. For me to follow what is indicated in your support site I have first to unlock the printer control panel.

 

I cannot connect the printer wireless to my Apple laptop, Iphone or any other devices (PC) included with OS windpws

I have sent you the instructions for Semi Full Reset to your private message since these steps are specific to your printer

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
