HP Officejet Pro 8610

A few weeks ago, our office was able to send an email to our printers email address and it would print without problems. Now I can't. I get an email notification saying my print job has been received but nothing prints out. I should also mention the printer is not in the same location as the office we are trying to print from.

Any ideas on why it wouldn't be working?

Thanks in advance,

Monika

Should be fixed by  removing and reestablishing Web Services.

We've seen this in the past and had to power off the printer for 15-20 minutes, then power it back up. We don't have the best internet connection and think it needs to re-establish. Hope this helps!

Try setting a static address on the printer that is outside the DHCP range, power cycle, then remove web services, power cycle, add web services.
